At the end of the course, delegates commit to a personal action plan to improve their own and their organisation's safety and health management.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCertification\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSuccessful candidates receive the IOSH Leading Safely® certificate, which does not have an expiry date, though IOSH recommends a refresher course every five years.
