Course Content
Element 1: Principles of Risk and Risk Management
This unit provides an in depth look into the principles of risk and risk management and on completion will enable you to source and challenge the validity of risk information, as well as gaining an understanding of the impact of psychology on decision making.
Element 2: The Risk Management Process
This unit will allow you to apply the risk management process in everyday life scenarios. Through different practical models you will learn to identify potential risks surrounding organisations, apply various risk treatment strategies and better understand the purpose and features of continuously monitoring and reviewing risks and its importance.
Element 3: The Risk Management Framework
This final unit is targeted to your organisation, by teaching you on how to integrate the risk management framework into your business. You will learn the key features of systems such as the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management (CM) and their relationship with organisational risk management and resilience.
