How do I book a course or make an enquiry?

It’s simple to book your course – all you have to do is find your course, add it to the shopping cart and then go to the shopping cart to checkout using our simple and easy-to-use online payment gateway. Once you have made payment online or chosen to pay by invoice later, your booking goes directly to the training provider to be processed. You will be contacted within one business day, and you will receive an email containing course login details.

Please note: Some courses cannot be 'confirmed' without pre-approval such as NVQs.

How do I make an enquiry if I’m not ready to book a course?

To make an enquiry you can either call us free on 0808 1966 830, alternatively you can hit the ‘contact us’ link in the footer of this site and complete a simple online enquiry from.

How do I study the qualifications?

How you study a qualification will depend on which study method(s) the course is available in and which method you choose. The most common way of studying is by enrolling on to an e-learning course where the content will be accessed online using a learning management system (LMS) via a reliable internet connection.

Are there any free courses available?

Sometimes free courses are available for students. If free courses are available, they will be highlighted on the website.

Training Courses

Which devices will the training courses work on?

You can access training using any electronic device as long as you have an internet connection and the latest web browser. System requirements can vary from time to time, please look out for the 'System Requirements' tab on the course description pages for more details.

Are the training courses accredited?

Some of the courses are 'accredited' or 'approved' by organisations or institutions and some are not. This information is provided on the course description pages.

Is there a time limit on completing the course?

Yes, in some cases there are time limits in which you must complete your training. If license time limits apply it will be stated on the course description page.

I don’t live in the United Kingdom – can I still take a course?

Yes, courses can usually be taken from anywhere in the world. Please note that many online (classroom) courses are scheduled and delivered during normal UK working hours. Please check that you're able to attend prior to booking.

Purchasing Courses

How can I get started?

Getting started with your training couldn’t be easier! Just add your desired course(s) to your basket and check out. Once you’ve booked, you’ll be contacted within one business day and provided with login details to get started.

Can I purchase multiple courses for a number of my employees, and if so, how do I do this?

Yes, you can purchase multiple courses for your employees. If you’re purchasing training for a group of people, then simply add the courses you require to your basket and add the number of licenses you need. If you are purchasing a lot of courses, you can supply the delegate names later if you prefer.

How do I Pay for My Course?

You can pay online using a credit or debit card and you can pay in your local currency! We also offer the option to pay by invoice later, however, please note that course bookings cannot be confirmed or attended until full payment has been made.

Course Assessment and Certification

If I fail the course assessment, can I resit?

In most cases yes, however, please note that some training providers do charge a fee. Please check the course description page.

When will I receive my certificate?

Providing that your training has been successfully completed and fully paid for, in most cases you can download an electronic copy of your certificate immediately after completing your course. If your course is regulated or approved by an examination body or institution such as IOSH, NEBOSH, Cisco, Microsoft or other, your certificate can take several weeks to arrive.

I’ve lost my certificate; how do I get another one?

If your course is not accredited, in most cases you can simply login to your training account and download another certificate. If you have lost an accredited course certificate, there is usually a certificate replacement fee which is charged directly by the examination body or institution.
