When will I receive my joining instructions?
Joining instructions are issued by the training provider and normally arrive around one to two weeks before the course, though this varies by provider and can be closer to the date for a late booking. They cover the venue, start time, what to bring and any identification required. If the course is within a few days and you have not received them, contact us with your order number and we will chase the provider.
Where is my certificate?
Certification is issued by the accredited provider or the awarding body, not by Envico, and the timescale is set by them. Some issue on the day, others take several weeks — CITB and NEBOSH qualifications in particular go through the awarding body and take longer. If you are past the timescale you were given, send us your order number and we will follow it up on your behalf.
Can I change a delegate name or move to another date?
Often, yes. Name changes are usually straightforward. Date transfers and cancellations are subject to the training provider's terms, which vary and generally tighten as the course approaches. Contact us with your order number as early as you can — the sooner you tell us, the more options there are.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book any course through the express checkout without creating an account. Business accounts are a separate arrangement for organisations booking regularly across multiple sites, and are described on the training accounts page.
Do you charge for advice or a quotation?
No. There is no fee for using Envico, no charge for advice and no charge for a quotation. Envico is remunerated by the accredited providers with whom bookings are placed, which is why we can spend time on your requirement without invoicing you for it.
There are no dates showing for the course I need.
Envico only advertises dates a provider has actually confirmed, so an empty schedule means nothing is currently scheduled rather than nothing being possible. Tell us the course, the region and how many people, and we will take it to providers as evidenced demand. A specific requirement is a far stronger case for scheduling than a general enquiry.
