Free training records software for your whole team.
No password, no card, no setup fee.
See every delegate, every certificate and every renewal date in one place. Courses booked through envicourse.com appear on their own, you can add training booked anywhere else, and we email you before anything runs out.
Every certificate your team holds, with the date it needs renewing
Most employers keep training records in a spreadsheet that someone has to remember to update. The Envico training dashboard does the remembering for you.
Sign in and the dashboard shows how many certificates are overdue, how many are due in the next 90 days, which courses are already booked and how many of your people are fully in date. A twelve-month timeline shows when renewals bunch up, so you can plan training budgets and site cover months ahead rather than finding out the week someone is due on site.
Every course booked through envicourse.com under your email address is added automatically, with the delegate, the course date and the renewal date worked out for you. Certificates that don’t formally expire, such as IOSH Managing Safely, are shown as “refresher due” rather than “expired”, so you see what employers and clients usually expect without being told something has lapsed when it hasn’t.
- Overdue, due soon, booked and in‑date counts
- Twelve‑month renewal timeline
- One‑click links to book each renewal
- Search and filter by person or certificate
Manage your team’s training records yourself
The dashboard is yours to edit. Keep it accurate as people join, leave and train elsewhere, and it becomes a single training record for your whole workforce rather than a list of what you happened to book with us.
Add your team
Add anyone who works for you, with their job role and email, whether or not they have trained through Envico. You don’t need to have booked a course to start.
Add training booked elsewhere
Record courses taken with any provider or employer. Choose from around 50 common certificates, from CITB SMSTS to first aid, IPAF, PASMA and asbestos awareness, and the usual renewal date is filled in for you. Anything else can be added as other training.
Name delegates and fix dates
If a booking didn’t include delegate names, add them. If a course date changed, update it and the renewal date moves with it.
Mark people who have left
Leavers drop out of your figures and their reminders stop. Their records stay on file, and you can undo it if they come back.
See each person’s training
Click a name to see everything that person holds, when they last trained and what renews next. Useful before a site induction, a tender or a client audit.
Your booking history
Every envicourse.com order is listed with its courses, places and payment status, so finance and training see the same picture.
Renewal reminders and a training report you can share
A training record only helps if someone acts on it. The dashboard tells you what’s coming up and gives you something to hand to a manager, client or auditor.
First reminder
We email the account holder three months before a certificate expires or a refresher is due, listing the delegates and the course that renews it.
Second reminder
A final reminder a month out, so nothing slips through if the first was missed. Each reminder links straight to course dates.
Download a training report
One click produces a PDF of what needs action, every delegate and every current certificate, ready to print or attach to a tender, audit or client prequalification.
Take your data anywhere
Export certificates, delegates or bookings to a spreadsheet whenever you need them. Your records are never locked in.
Booked somewhere else? You still get reminders. Training you add yourself is tracked and reminded in exactly the same way as courses booked through envicourse.com. When a renewal comes up, you can book it wherever suits you.
Training dashboard or training records spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet works until the person who maintains it is on holiday. Here’s what changes when the record keeps itself.
| Task | Spreadsheet | Envico training dashboard |
|---|---|---|
| Adding new bookings | Typed in by hand | Added automatically for envicourse.com bookings |
| Working out renewal dates | Looked up and calculated per course | Filled in for around 50 common certificates |
| Knowing what’s due | Someone has to check | Email reminders at 90 and 30 days |
| Booking the renewal | Search for a course separately | Links straight to course dates |
| Reporting to clients or auditors | Copy, format and send | PDF report in one click |
| Cost | Your time | Free |
Want to plan which roles need which courses first? Use the free health and safety training matrix, then keep the resulting records in your dashboard. To check a single certificate, use the certificate expiry checker.
Set up your training dashboard in a few minutes
Sign in with your work email
Use the email address you book training with. We send a one‑time code to sign in, so there’s no password to remember.
Check what’s already there
Anything booked through envicourse.com with that email is already on your dashboard, and new bookings appear within a day. Add names to any delegates shown as “not named”.
Add the rest of your team
Add the people and certificates you hold records for elsewhere. The renewal dates are worked out as you go.
Let the reminders do the work
From then on, we email you before each renewal falls due. Come back whenever you need a report or a quick check.
Need training managed for you?
The dashboard suits any employer that wants to keep its own records. If you run training across several sites, depots or group companies, a managed account adds a named account manager, consolidated invoicing and central renewal reporting.
- Group and on‑site courses at your own premises
- Purchase orders carried through quotation and invoice
- One contact who knows your sites and roles

Training dashboard FAQs
Is the training dashboard really free?
Yes. There’s no subscription, no setup fee and no card needed. It’s part of your envicourse.com account, and you don’t have to book anything to use it.
Do I need to have booked a course with Envico first?
No. You can sign in, add your team and record training booked with any provider. If you have booked through envicourse.com, those courses appear automatically.
How are renewal dates worked out?
For around 50 common certificates the dashboard applies the usual renewal period, for example three years for First Aid at Work and five years for CITB SMSTS and SSSTS, counted from the course date. Where a certificate has no formal expiry, the date shown is when a refresher is usually recommended. You can enter a different expiry date yourself if your certificate says otherwise.
Who receives the renewal reminders?
Reminders go to the email address of the account holder, 90 days and 30 days before each renewal date. People you mark as having left don’t generate reminders. If you’d rather not receive them, reply to any reminder and we’ll switch them off.
Why do some delegates show as “not named”?
Some older bookings were made without delegate names. Click Edit on the record, add the name, and it will be tracked against that person from then on.
Can more than one person in our company use it?
Each dashboard belongs to one sign‑in email, so it shows the bookings made with that address. To share the picture with colleagues, download the PDF report or the spreadsheet export. If several people book for your organisation and you want everything in one place, a managed training account can bring it together.
Who can see our training records?
Your records are only shown when you’re signed in to your own account. Envico uses them to run your dashboard and send your renewal reminders.
Does Envico deliver the training?
No. Envico is an independent training intermediary, arranging workplace training since 2003. Courses are delivered by training providers listed on envicourse.com, and certificates are issued by the provider or awarding body. The dashboard keeps your records in one place whichever provider you use.
