Our online SMSTS Refresher courses are CITB-accredited and delivered remotely by qualified instructors via live, interactive video — so you can revalidate the Site Management Safety Training Scheme from anywhere, without travelling to a classroom.

The online SMSTS Refresher course is a two-day update of the full Site Management Safety Training Scheme, run as instructor-led online training. It is designed for site managers who already hold a valid SMSTS certificate and need to renew it before it expires. On successful completion your CITB SMSTS certificate is renewed for a further five years.

Your existing SMSTS certificate must still be valid to take the refresher — if it has already expired you will need the full SMSTS Online course instead.
