CITB and IOSH Training in Liverpool — Classroom or Online
Risk Support Services runs the CITB and IOSH range from Liverpool with almost every course available both in classroom and live online. That parallel delivery is the useful part — a supervisor can attend in person while a dispersed site team takes the identical course remotely, with the same certificate either way.
Site management — SMSTS
The five-day SMSTS and its two-day refresher, both in classroom at Liverpool and live online. SMSTS lasts five years and the refresher must be completed before expiry, or it is the full five days again.
Site supervision — SSSTS

IOSH
IOSH Managing Safely in classroom and online, and IOSH Working Safely in classroom at Liverpool. Managing Safely is three days for those directing others; Working Safely is a one-day grounding for the whole workforce. Browse all IOSH courses.
No. CITB approved remote delivery for Site Safety Plus and the certificate, card and five-year validity are identical. Online is instructor-led at a fixed time with other delegates, not self-paced — you need a camera and a quiet space, since CITB requires delegates to be visible and participating. The trade-off is travel saved against the informal exchange with people from other sites.
