How is the IEMA Course Assessed?
The IEMA Foundation Certificate course is for 5 days (40 hours) and is delivered online.
At the end of the course, there is a one hour online exam which is open book and multiple choice.
Certification
Your IEMA certificate will be sent to you via recorder delivery by Target Zero approximately 12 weeks after successful completion of the course. You will also be sent details on becoming an IEMA Associate Member allowing you to add the professional AIEMA suffix.

For accredited courses a certificate will be sent directly to you from the appropriate awarding body.
All you need to complete our e-learning courses is a computer, tablet or smartphone, an internet connection and Zoom.
To attend a remote online course delegates must have access to a computer, laptop, tablet or phone that uses a microphone and webcam.

Once the courses have been completed, a confirmation of results can be saved or printed as evidence. This can then be kept on record as evidence of suitable training.

You will be provided with a username and password which will enable you to access the e-learning portal. Login to start your course, once you have completed and passed the course, you will be able to download and print your certificate straight away.
