          This accredited AgilePM® Project Management Practitioner course aims to provide you with a straightforward route to becoming a fully certificated Registered Practitioner in your own time and at your own pace.

            Course Duration

            To complete the Introduction level competency, we recommend about 30 hours (cumulative) for Practitioner level study and qualification. This study will be a mixture of computer-based training using the e-learning, reference to the AgilePM® Manual and other support documents and completion of the Practical Tasks and Tests.

            Examination & Certification

            The official online AgilePM® Practitioner exam is included within this package, to help you achieve your AgilePM® Practitioner Qualifications.

            What Will Students Achieve or Be Able to do After Taking the Practitioner Course?

            1. Describe Agile, Agility and list the various Agile approaches and an appreciation of why and when to use Agile Project Management.
            2. Practical understanding of the underpinning philosophy, principles, lifecycle, products produced, techniques used, roles and responsibilities in an Agile project, including alternative configurations.
            3. Help you to apply a variety of Agile practices in a project, e.g. Facilitated workshops, MoSCoW prioritisation, Iterative Development and Modelling. The Agile approach to managing and prioritising requirements.
            4. Help you to become immediately productive as a member of an agile project environment.
            5. Prepare you for a Foundation and Practitioner level qualification in AgilePM® Project Management.
            6. Eligible for 30 Category - C PDUs or CPDs

            Prerequisites

            The AgilePM Foundation level certificate is required to sit the AgilePM Practitioner Exam.
