What is a lone worker? and why do they need lone worker training? A lone worker is someone who works by themselves without close or direct supervision. A lone worker does not have to be physically alone, they may be conducting tasks in a separate location to co-workers. Although separated from co-workers many lone workers interact with customers and the public. Working alone introduces occupational risk in the form of personal safety that often require additional safety control measures.

This online Lone worker course is delivered online and presented via an easy-to-use interface which is retina friendly engaging, interactive and has a fresh modern style. Certification
The online Lone Worker content complies with subject related standards and has an associated online knowledge assessment the successful completion of which results in a Certificate of Achievement that is certified by TQA and carries unique registration number. Certificates can be printed and saved.
T&C
The online Lone Worker online course will be available for 30-days once the account is activated with the new title. The purchase price includes one quiz attempt, resits are available for a small administration charge of £5.00 plus VAT.
For short courses a completion certificate is available at the end of the course. You can screenshot this or print it out to confirm completion of the training.
For accredited courses a certificate will be sent directly to you from the appropriate awarding body.
All you need to complete our e-learning courses is a computer, tablet or smartphone and an internet connection.

Short online courses also help employers to demonstrate that they have fulfilled their legal duties to ensure their personnel have been adequately trained.
Once the courses have been completed, a confirmation of results can be saved or printed as evidence. This can then be kept on record as evidence of suitable training.
