IPAF Dual 3a & 3b Operator (Mobile Scissor & Mobile Boom)

The IPAF Dual 3a & 3b (Mobile Scissor & Mobile Boom) Operator course is a comprehensive training program designed to certify operators in the safe and efficient use of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), specifically focusing on mobile scissor lifts (category 3a) and mobile boom lifts (category 3b). The course covers essential topics such as pre-use inspection, safe operating procedures, hazard awareness, and emergency lowering techniques. Upon successful completion, participants receive an IPAF PAL (Powered Access License) card, which is recognised internationally as proof of their competence in operating these types of MEWPs.
