FPAP™ Program Overview
Financial planning and analysis sits between the numbers and the decisions. FPAP is built for the analyst who is expected to forecast accurately, explain variances clearly, and give operational leaders something they can act on rather than a spreadsheet they cannot read.
The programme covers the full cycle: building and maintaining driver-based models, running the budget and reforecast process, analysing performance against plan, and presenting findings to people outside finance. The emphasis is on the business-partnering side as much as the technical, which is what separates a reporting analyst from an FP&A professional.
Study is self-paced and entirely online, with interactive exercises and case work rather than passive video. A blockchain-verified digital certificate is issued on completion.
