- The ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy (DITS) module provides guidance on how strategy should impact the design, delivery, and support of services throughout the service value chain of an organisation.
The exam is included in the course fees.
ITIL 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy includes “4” case study assignments that
are evaluated and assessed during the session and a “30” multiple-choice
examination that must be taken as part of the course. The passing score for
the examination is 70% (21 out of 30).
Candidates must pass all the ”4” case study assignments to be eligible for the

examination to successfully achieve the ITIL4 DITS qualification. Students
must hold the ITIL 4 Foundation and have completed the course before
requesting the exam voucher.
Candidates must hold the ITIL Foundation course and a minimum of three years of IT managerial experience. The ITIL Foundation is a pre-requisite for anyone wanting to study higher level ITIL courses.
For short courses a completion certificate is available at the end of the course. You can screenshot this or print it out to confirm completion of the training.
For accredited courses a certificate will be sent directly to you from the appropriate awarding body.
All you need to complete our e-learning courses is a computer, tablet or smartphone and an internet connection.

The learning application is based on HTML5 technologies and therefore the latest version of Web Browser is a pre-requisite ( Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11). These products can be downloaded free of charge.
