EUSR Water Hygiene Card (Blue Card) - Leeds, West Yorkshire

The EUSR National Water Hygiene Card (Blue Card) is a half-day course delivered at SOTA Training's Leeds venue. It is designed for direct employees of water companies and contractors working on restricted operation sites, and provides the understanding of good hygiene practice required to work with potable water.

Who it's for

Employees and contractors working on restricted operation sites such as service reservoirs, pumping stations, treatment works, wells, springs, boreholes and the network of water mains and service pipes.

Assessment & certification

Assessed by a multiple-choice exam and a health screening questionnaire. Successful delegates receive their EUSR Water Hygiene (Blue) Card within 7–10 days of the course.

Delivery

Half-day course (approximately 3 hours contact time) at SOTA Training's Leeds venue. On-site delivery available nationwide on request.

How long does the course take? Approximately half a day (around 3 hours).

What ID do I need? Photographic ID is required to attend.

Is VAT included? Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout.

For short courses a completion certificate is available at the end of the course. You can screenshot this or print it out to confirm completion of the training.

For accredited courses a certificate will be sent directly to you from the appropriate awarding body.

All you need to complete our e-learning courses is a computer, tablet or smartphone and an internet connection.

Connection quality is the responsibility of the delegate. If you need to download free video conferencing software please visit our video conferencing software page where you can download the software specified by the training provider.

E-learning is flexible, efficient, and cost-effective, meaning you can progress through the modules at your own pace, at your own time to fit the training in around your work and personal life.

Short online courses also help employers to demonstrate that they have fulfilled their legal duties to ensure their personnel have been adequately trained.

Once the courses have been completed, a confirmation of results can be saved or printed as evidence. This can then be kept on record as evidence of suitable training.
