NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety Training in Stockton-on-Tees
The NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management is one of two NEBOSH qualifications we deliver at our Stockton training centre. NEBOSH certificate-level qualifications give a solid foundation in health and safety for managers, supervisors and staff who carry health and safety among their day-to-day responsibilities.
These qualifications are widely taken as a first step towards a career in health and safety and are accepted by IOSH, the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. NEBOSH qualifications are globally recognised and taken by people working across all types of industry, as well as national and local government.
Who Should Attend
Managers, supervisors and health and safety staff who need a recognised fire safety qualification, and anyone with responsibility for fire risk assessment or fire safety management in their workplace. There are recommended entry-level skills for this course, though they are not mandatory. If you are unsure whether the course is right for you, get in touch before booking and we will talk it through.
Course Duration
The taught element runs over one week, five consecutive days from 9:00am, followed by an open book examination on a set date. Each variant below shows the taught week and its corresponding exam date.
Assessment
The qualification is assessed by an open book examination, which you sit remotely on the published exam date rather than in an exam hall.
Delivery Method
This course is delivered at The Northern Safety Centre, 109B Allison Avenue, Teesside Industrial Estate, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 9LY.
