Asbestos
IATP and UKATA Duty to Manage Asbestos at Wimborne and live online, aimed at those with the legal duty under Regulation 4. Non-Licensed Asbestos Work (Category B) at both centres, for people carrying out work that disturbs asbestos without needing a licence. Mental health
Mental Health First Aid at Wimborne, Stockport and live online, plus Mental Health Awareness in classroom and online. MHFA is the two-day qualification for people taking on a designated first aider role; Awareness is the shorter session for a whole team.
Behavioural safety
Behavioural Safety Awareness for Construction at Wimborne and live online. Where a standard induction covers what the rules are, behavioural safety looks at why competent people still take shortcuts — habit, time pressure, group norms. Useful for sites where the paperwork is right but the incident rate is not.

Duty to Manage or Asbestos Awareness?
They are different obligations. Asbestos Awareness is for anyone whose work might disturb asbestos — trades, maintenance, ground-workers — and it teaches recognition and what to do on discovery. Duty to Manage is for whoever holds responsibility for a building's asbestos management plan under Regulation 4. If you own or manage premises built before 2000, someone in your organisation needs the latter, not just the former.
