Abrasive Wheels Awareness Training in Sutton Coldfield

This abrasive wheels awareness course runs at the Vesey House training centre in Sutton Coldfield, delivered by PGL Midlands. It gives anyone working with or around cutting, grinding and abrasive wheel machinery the safety knowledge to work safely and stay legally compliant.

Course Duration

Half a day, approximately three to four hours.

A PGL Midlands Certificate of Completion, valid for three years. The course is delivered in accordance with HSE and PUWER requirements. This is a provider certificate rather than a regulated qualification.

Good to Know

This is an awareness-level course. It does not include hands-on mounting or live practical use of equipment, so it suits operators who need the underpinning knowledge and supervisors who oversee the work.
