Construction Design Management (CDM) Awareness in Exeter, Devon

The CDM Awareness course gives learners a clear understanding of their duties and responsibilities under the CDM Regulations 2015. It suits anyone involved in construction projects, including clients, designers, contractors and site managers.

The course explains how the regulations aim to improve health, safety and welfare across every stage of a project, from initial design and planning through to completion. Learners develop an understanding of how to plan, manage and coordinate work to reduce risks and stay compliant.

Emphasis is placed on the roles and responsibilities of duty holders, including the client, principal designer and principal contractor, along with risk management, communication and cooperation between all parties.

Delivery Method

Delivered at the Champion Training Solutions training centre, Thorverton Road, Marsh Barton, Exeter, EX2 8GN. This course can also be run in-house at your own premises.

• Monitoring, reviewing and maintaining standards

Certification

Successful learners receive the CDM (Construction Design and Management) Awareness certificate.
