Your course licence will be valid for 12 months from the date we release this to you. For the fast-track course this is valid for 6 months. All our of our e-learning courses offer both tutor and technical support.

Study Books
The e-learning course material contains everything that you will need in order to complete the NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management. However, the Fire study book is a great physical aid to learning that makes a fantastic reference material once you have completed your course.

Online Assessments
Where permitted by awarding and certificating bodies, we have included assessments within the learning platform. This means that selected qualifications from our range of IOSH e-learning, iAS, NEBOSH e-learning, and Approved Asbestos Awareness e-learning courses are able to be completed fully online.
Technical Support
Our technical support team are based in the UK and can be contacted via telephone and email during UK office hours for any issues or questions about our in-house developed software.
Tutor Support
Our NEBOSH and IOSH courses have expert tutor support available, should you have any issues developing your understanding of part of the course you are able to contact one of our tutors for assistance. Our tutors have been providing NEBOSH and IOSH training courses for over 28 years and are well equipped to help you if you get stuck at any point during your course.
Progress Tracking
All of our health and safety e-learning courses come with inbuilt progress tracking. For short courses like awareness courses, this may be in the form of a percentage bar that shows how far through the course you are, and for longer courses like NEBOSH certificates each unit will have its own progress bar. This allows you to see how much of the learning material you have covered, whether it’s for a 15 minute course, or a 110 hour course.
