The NPORS Construction Site Manager course provides the advanced knowledge and skills needed to manage construction sites safely, compliantly and efficiently.
It focuses on the responsibilities of a site manager, including overseeing daily operations, managing teams and subcontractors, and ensuring work is carried out in line with current health and safety legislation and industry best practice. Learners build a strong understanding of planning, organising and monitoring site activities to maintain standards of safety, quality and productivity.
The course covers risk management, implementing and reviewing safe systems of work, and compliance with legal requirements, with emphasis on leadership, communication and decision-making.
