The NPORS Construction Site Supervisor course gives learners the knowledge and skills to supervise construction site activities safely and in line with current legislation.
It builds a strong understanding of the responsibilities that come with supervising a workforce, including maintaining health and safety standards, coordinating site operations and ensuring work is carried out to best practice. Learners gain insight into risk assessments, method statements and how to implement safe systems of work.
Emphasis throughout is on communication, leadership and monitoring performance on site. Learners also explore how to identify hazards, manage risks and take appropriate action to prevent incidents.
