What is the UKATA Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal (B1) Course?
The UKATA Asbestos Non-Licensed Operative B1 course is the initial training route for people who have had no previous asbestos awareness or non-licensed training. It is for those who will be undertaking, or supervising, non-licensed asbestos removal work such as removing floor tiles or asbestos cement, and it includes the asbestos awareness element, so no separate awareness certificate is needed first. It is delivered by a UKATA-approved training centre.
