Online Certification, IT, Project Management and Care Courses

My Training Academy is an e-learning house rather than a classroom provider — every course here is self-paced and studied online, with no venue or fixed date attached. The catalogue is unusually broad for a single provider: IT and networking certification prep, the main project management frameworks, the full Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud ranges, CACHE-accredited childcare and health and social care awards, food safety and workplace compliance, digital marketing, and a run of hospitality and personal development titles. It suits individuals working towards a certification around a job, and employers who need to put a team through something without taking anyone off site.

IT, networking and cloud certification
The CompTIA route is covered end to end — A+, Network+ (N10-009) and Security+ (SY0-701), plus a combined career bundle. On the Cisco side there is CCNA 200-301 alongside CCDA, CCNA Voice, CCNA Security and ICND2. Cloud and container work runs through Certified Kubernetes Administrator and Application Developer, DevOps Fundamentals and Google Cloud Platform, with Citrix XenServer, XenApp and XenDesktop and the Oracle Database 11g and 12c administration tracks for on-premise environments. Note that these are exam preparation courses — the certification exam itself is booked and paid for separately with the awarding vendor.
Project management and change
PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner sit alongside PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner, and Agile Programme Management. The APM route is covered by the Project Fundamentals Qualification and the Project Management Qualification, and the PMI route by PMP and CAPM. Change Management Foundation and a combined bundle round out the project management range. Foundation-level courses assume no prior experience; Practitioner and PMP both expect it.
Microsoft Office and productivity
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access are each taught across the 2010, 2013 and 2016 releases, with Excel 2019 and a dedicated complete Excel course for anyone going deeper than the basics. Adobe and creative tools
Eleven Adobe titles — Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator-adjacent work through XD and Spark, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, Dreamweaver, Behance and Flash — plus a mega bundle covering the set. Photography and Coding for Designers sit alongside them for people building a wider creative skill set rather than learning one application.
Programming and web development
Introduction to Python and a Python master bundle, Java Programming, JavaScript Essentials, HTML5 Essentials and CSS Essentials cover the fundamentals. Beyond those: ASP.NET MVC web applications, Microsoft Azure and web services, .NET 4.5 with HTML5, and a blockchain track running Certified Blockchain Developer Hyperledger, Certified Blockchain Solutions Architect and Enterprise Blockchain Solutions. Two bundles — New to Web Development and Coding and Web Development — group the entry-level material for people starting cold.
Digital marketing and social media
Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 cover the paid and measurement side, with Facebook 101 and 102, YouTube, YouTube Marketing and Podcasting on the organic and content side. A combined digital marketing bundle groups them. Platform courses date faster than anything else in this catalogue, so check the last update before buying — GA4 in particular has changed substantially since launch.
CACHE childcare, education and care awards
Ten CACHE-accredited qualifications, and the part of this catalogue that carries the most weight with employers. At Level 2: Support Work in Schools and Colleges, Introducing Caring for Children and Young People, and Common Health Conditions. At Level 3: Awareness of Dementia, Childcare and Education, Health and Social Care, Preparing to Work in Home Based Childcare, and Supporting Teaching and Learning. At Level 4: the Advanced Practitioner in Schools and Colleges certificate and the Early Years Advanced Practitioner certificate. See all childcare courses. These are assessed qualifications with submitted work, not completion certificates — expect a real time commitment.
Food safety, health and safety and compliance
Level 3 Food Safety for Catering and for Retail sit at supervisor level, with Level 3 HACCP for anyone responsible for a food safety management system. Level 3 Health and Safety and a health and safety bundle cover the general workplace duty, with Fuel Safety, Working Time and Holidays, and three sector compliance bundles aimed at childcare professionals, construction workers and kitchen staff.
Hospitality and bar service
A small, practical set for venue staff: cocktail standards, gin and food pairing, the basics of rum, and table service and hosting. Useful for onboarding front-of-house teams where the alternative is shadowing whoever happens to be on shift.
Workplace and personal development
Call centre training, staff appraisal, handling stress at work and self awareness cover the people-management side. Alongside those sit a set of personal interest and career-change titles including NLP, massage therapy, personal training, photography and chess.
How the e-learning works
Everything here is self-paced and accessed online, so there are no dates to choose and no travel. That flexibility is the main appeal, but it cuts both ways — self-paced courses have markedly lower completion rates than instructor-led ones, because nothing external holds you to a schedule. If you are buying for a team, setting an internal deadline at the point of purchase makes a bigger difference than the course itself. Where a qualification is CACHE-accredited it carries the same recognition regardless of study mode; where a course is exam preparation, budget separately for the exam.
