Apply to List Your Courses

Apply to list your courses on envicourse.com and envico-online.com. This is our provider agreement, online: fill it in once and sign it here, with no printing, scanning or emailing. List your courses with a link to each course page on your website, and we can build your provider page and course listings from them.

01Your company

The company the agreement is with, and where we send bookings. Your invoices to us should come from this company.

02Commission

Commission is charged on the selling price per delegate, excluding VAT. The selling price includes the standard course and qualification costs, such as exam, registration, course materials and lunch. It applies to bookings generated through envicourse.com and envico-online.com.

There is no joining fee, listing fee, monthly cost or minimum term. How our commission works.

03Payment, clients and correspondence

Payment terms. Envico Ltd pays within 7 to 10 working days of the month following the month in which the course starts, on receipt of your invoice. Send either one consolidated invoice at the end of each month for delegates booked by Envico with course start dates in that month, or one invoice per booking. To avoid delay, every invoice must show the delegate names, course title and course date.

Clients and correspondence. Clients booked onto your courses through Envico Ltd are customers of Envico Ltd. Invoices, joining instructions (except for virtual training) and certificates are sent to Envico Ltd, not directly to the client, unless the course is delivered virtually or remotely or a member of the Envico team advises otherwise. If a delegate contacts you directly to transfer or cancel, please refer them back to Envico.

Bookings are confirmed using the Envico booking form unless you ask us to use your own (see section 06).

04Accreditations

Tick each body your business is approved by and add your centre number. This covers your own business only, not associate trainers you have an affiliate agreement with. We check these directly with the awarding body.

05Courses you deliver

Add each course you want listed. Include the link to the course's page on your website: we build each listing from it. This covers your own business and accreditation only, not associate trainers.

07Health, safety and data protection

Health, safety and wellbeing. As part of our ISO 9001 commitments, all training partners must confirm their operation complies with current Government guidelines, and that the risks at their venues have been assessed and measures put in place so venues are safe and suitable for learners.

Data protection. Envico Ltd complies with UK GDPR. We don't sell, rent or trade personal data for marketing without consent. We only share personal data where needed to complete a booking (for example, delegate details passed to you), within our group, with professional and IT advisers bound by confidentiality, or where legally required by a UK Government agency. You agree to comply fully with UK GDPR and not to sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties for marketing without consent.

08Your free Raybee listing

When you start working with Envico, we list your company free on our sister site, Raybee, for the non-training services you offer, such as consultancy, fire risk assessments, surveys or hire. There is nothing for you to set up.

09Agreement and signature

Typing your name below and submitting this form signs the agreement electronically on behalf of the company named in section 01. Listing is subject to Envico verifying your accreditations, insurance and trading history.
