• There are 12 video modules to complete and mock question at the end of each module
• You are allowed 3 attempts to complete each module, stay focused, take notes

Results

• Exam Results come through within 3 hours

Certificate:

• It can take the awarding body generally between 3 to 10 days to produce the certificate.
• However, current turn-around time for certificates is between 5 to 7 working days.
• When your certificate is received it will uploaded to your account on our Marble website and an email will advise you it is there.

Exam Resit:

There will be various options for resits depending on your examination score and the tutor review.

Required Pass Mark:

• You need 80% or above to pass your multiple choice test.

Entry Requirements

All learners must have valid and in-date photo ID.

• Passport (UK or international)
• Photographic card Driving Licence (UK or European)
• UK Resident Permit card

The Following are also acceptable as ID in addition to a Credit or Debit Card:

• Non-UK Non-EU Photographic card Driving Licence
• Passport without signature
• Citizen Card with hologram
• CSCS or CSCS Partner Card with CSCS Hologram
• UK Armed forces ID card

Laptops & Computers must be running suitable Windows, MacOS, (Apple) or Android Operating system

For short courses a completion certificate is available at the end of the course. You can screenshot this or print it out to confirm completion of the training.

For accredited courses a certificate will be sent directly to you from the appropriate awarding body.

E-learning and Online (Instructor-led) training is more flexible, efficient, and cost-effective.

Short online courses also help employers to demonstrate that they have fulfilled their legal duties to ensure their personnel have been adequately trained.

Once the courses have been completed, a confirmation of results can be saved or printed as evidence. This can then be kept on record as evidence of suitable training.
