The Full Appointed Person First Aid Qualification

We deliver this Highfield Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) as a blended course, combining online e-learning with two days of practical classroom training and assessment. It's the full first aid qualification required for higher-risk workplaces and larger workforces under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

Delivery Method

Online e-learning followed by practical classroom training and assessment at our Station Road training centre in Bristol.

For short courses a completion certificate is available at the end of the course. You can screenshot this or print it out to confirm completion of the training.

For accredited courses a certificate will be sent directly to you from the appropriate awarding body.

To join online courses, delegates have to log in via a link provided through a computer or laptop with a camera, screen, microphone and access to the internet.

E-learning and Online (Instructor-led) training is more flexible, efficient, and cost-effective.

Short online courses also help employers to demonstrate that they have fulfilled their legal duties to ensure their personnel have been adequately trained.

Once the courses have been completed, a confirmation of results can be saved or printed as evidence. This can then be kept on record as evidence of suitable training.
