CITB, Asbestos and Practical Site Training in Ipswich, Suffolk
Eastern Region Training covers site-level competence from Ipswich — CITB supervisor courses, IATP asbestos at both awareness and Category B refresher level, and the practical short courses that go with day-to-day construction work. The range is focused on the people doing and supervising the work rather than managing from an office.

Asbestos
IATP
Asbestos Awareness at Category A for recognition and avoidance, and the IATP Non-Licensed Asbestos Refresher at Category B for operatives already carrying out lower-risk asbestos work. Category B training requires annual refreshing to stay valid.
Practical training
Abrasive wheels, Qualsafe
Working at Height, and Face Fit Train the Tester — which puts RPE fit testing capability in your own team rather than buying it in each time a mask changes.

Category A or Category B asbestos?
Category A is awareness — for anyone whose work might disturb asbestos, teaching recognition and what to do on discovery. It does not authorise any work with asbestos. Category B covers non-licensed work, for operatives who will actually disturb asbestos-containing materials as part of the job. If your people are only likely to encounter it, Category A is right; if they will be working on it, they need Category B and annual refreshing.
