Accredited Compliance E-learning
Envico compliance training is our range of accredited online courses, covering the training most UK employers have to provide and refresh year after year. Every course is self-paced, works on any device, and issues a downloadable certificate on completion — so a new starter can be inducted the day they arrive rather than waiting for the next scheduled classroom date.
The range runs to more than 150 courses across health and safety, care, food safety, mental health, HR and compliance, and business skills. Most are approved by IOSH, IIRSM or CPD, and courses run from around 30 minutes to two hours depending on subject.
Health and safety
The core statutory topics:

Care and social care
The largest section of the range. Covers
safeguarding of adults and children, duty of care, person-centred care, dignity and privacy, infection control, safe handling of medicines, moving and handling people, end of life care, and condition-specific awareness including dementia, diabetes, epilepsy, stroke, autism, ADHD and learning disability. Food safety
Levels 1, 2 and 3 across catering, retail and manufacturing, plus HACCP Level 2, allergen awareness and a course on achieving a Food Hygiene Rating of 5. Level 2 is the usual requirement for food handlers; Level 3 is for supervisors. See

Mental health and wellbeing
Mental Health First Aid, mental health awareness, supervising mental health at work, developing a workplace mental health policy, stress management, depression awareness, occupational health and wellbeing, and children and young people's mental health. The mandatory training most organisations refresh annually:

How the courses work
Access is immediate on purchase. Courses are self-paced with progress saved between sessions, so they can be completed in one sitting or across several. Each ends in an assessment, and a certificate is available to download straight away. E-learning or classroom?
E-learning is the right choice for awareness and knowledge-based subjects, and for training a workforce quickly at low cost per head. Where a qualification requires practical assessment — workplace first aid, most plant and access qualifications, and the CITB site safety schemes — a
