First Aid at Work (FAW) Training by British Red Cross

The British Red Cross First Aid at Work (FAW) course is a comprehensive, three-day programme for designated first aiders in higher-risk workplaces such as construction, manufacturing, and engineering. It covers everything in the one-day EFAW course plus the management of fractures, burns, eye injuries, chest injuries, and ongoing casualty care. Delivered by one of the UK's leading first aid training providers — acknowledged by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) as a standard setter for first aid at work training — the course meets Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 requirements, with certification valid for three years.
