NEBOSH, CITB and IOSH Training in Crewe, Cheshire
Handson Safety Services covers the three main qualification routes from a single centre in Crewe — NEBOSH at certificate level, the CITB site safety cards, and both IOSH courses. That combination in one place suits Cheshire employers developing people through the sequence rather than sending them to different providers at each stage.
NEBOSH
The
NEBOSH National General Certificate in classroom at Crewe — the standard qualification for anyone taking on real health and safety responsibility, and the usual entry point towards professional IOSH membership.
Site safety management — CITB
IOSH
IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General?
Managing Safely is three days and gives managers a working grasp of risk assessment and their responsibilities — enough to run a team safely. The NEBOSH General Certificate is a far longer qualification aimed at people for whom safety is a substantial part of the job, and it is what employers ask for in safety adviser roles. Many people do Managing Safely first and NEBOSH later; few need both at once.
