The Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Specialist Installation Occupations covers the trades that fall outside the mainstream construction qualifications, and leads to a blue CSCS Skilled Worker card. Pathways include architectural metalwork installation, acoustic packages and frames, joint sealant application and loading bay equipment. Because the pathways are quite different from one another, the occupational units are matched to the work you actually carry out. Assessment takes place in the workplace with no exam.
