Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Heritage Skills

Conservation and Heritage Roofing

The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Heritage Skills recognises tradespeople working on listed buildings and conservation projects, where traditional materials and detailing are specified. Pathways cover roof slating and tiling to heritage standards, and fully supported lead and hard metal roofing and cladding. The qualification leads to the gold CSCS Heritage Skills card, which is increasingly asked for on conservation contracts. Assessment is carried out in the workplace from evidence produced by your normal duties.
