SIA security licensing
SIA Door Supervisor and its refresher, SIA CCTV Operator for public space surveillance, and SIA Security Guard Refresher. The door supervisor licence is the broadest of the SIA licences — it covers security guarding as well as licensed premises work, which is why most people take it rather than the guarding licence alone.
Site safety and traffic marshal

First aid
What else do I need for an SIA licence?
The training qualification is only part of it. An SIA licence application also requires an identity and right-to-work check, a criminality check, and the licence fee paid to the SIA directly. The course gives you the qualification; the licence itself is issued by the SIA once the application clears. Allow several weeks between completing training and being able to work.
Door supervisor or security guard?
The door supervisor licence covers everything the security guard licence does, plus licensed premises — pubs, clubs and events. Since the training is only modestly longer and the licence fee is the same, most people take door supervisor for the wider range of work it permits. The guarding licence only makes sense if you are certain you will never work licensed premises.
