The CITB SSSTS Refresher renews the Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme certificate. In a single day it brings supervisors up to date with changes in legislation and guidance, explains what those changes mean on site, and revisits the core topics from the two-day SSSTS course.

- Health and safety law, CDM Regulations 2015, risk assessments and method statements, inspections, accident reporting and leadership
- Health and welfare, first aid and emergency procedures, hazardous substances, asbestos, dust, noise, vibration and manual handling
- Site set-up and security, fire, electricity, plant, work equipment and lifting operations
- Work at height, excavations, services, confined spaces and temporary works
- Environmental awareness, pollution, waste and nuisance
