Enter and work in medium risk confined spaces safely

This two-day City & Guilds medium risk confined spaces course prepares you to enter and work in confined spaces where there is a realistic expectation of a specified risk, such as a hazardous atmosphere, and where escape breathing apparatus must be carried. It combines classroom theory with practical entries using the equipment you will rely on at work.

The course is delivered in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire by Safeteam Training Group, a CITB Approved Training Organisation with its head office in Raunds, Northamptonshire.

Who Is the Medium Risk Confined Spaces Course For?

The course is for operatives in the water, utilities, construction and civil engineering sectors who enter manholes, chambers, tanks, sewers and similar spaces as part of their work. If your entries are shallow with no realistic risk of a hazardous atmosphere, a low risk course may be enough; if you need to wear breathing apparatus, look at high risk training.
