Course Overview

CySA+ is for the people who watch the alerts. You'll learn to read security data, find the suspicious pattern among thousands of normal ones, manage vulnerabilities and run an incident from first alert to written report. The course is short (6 modules, around 6.5 hours of video), but don't mistake that for easy. The exam runs for 165 minutes, mixes in hands-on tasks and needs 750 out of 900. CompTIA suggests Security+ and a few years of security work first, and we agree: this isn't a starting point.

On passing the official BCS exam, learners receive a BCS certificate and digital badge. The BCS International Diploma is awarded after passing all four module exams and the oral examination. The GCSE Maths course prepares learners for the GCSE exam, which is taken separately as a private candidate at an approved exam centre; the GCSE qualification is awarded by the exam board.
