BCS Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes Online (E-learning)

Course Overview

Ask three people how a process works and you'll get three answers. This course teaches you to find the real one. You'll model processes at three levels (the whole organisation, a single process, an individual task) using techniques such as structured English, then measure performance and look for improvements. It's 6 modules and about 18 hours, with practice papers and an AI tutor. Operations and improvement teams get a lot from it, not just BAs. The exam is 40 multiple-choice questions with a 65% pass mark.

On passing the official BCS exam, learners receive a BCS certificate and digital badge. The BCS International Diploma is awarded after passing all four module exams and the oral examination. The GCSE Maths course prepares learners for the GCSE exam, which is taken separately as a private candidate at an approved exam centre; the GCSE qualification is awarded by the exam board.
