Course Overview

Not sure a tech career is right for you? Start here. Tech+ walks you through how computers, networks, software, data and security fit together, and it now includes a module on AI. There are 10 short modules and about 7 hours of video, so most people finish in 2 to 4 weeks. It's the course we'd put a nervous beginner on before A+. Employers like it too: it gives admin and office staff a shared vocabulary with the IT team without costing much. The exam (if you take it) is up to 75 multiple-choice questions in 75 minutes, and you need 650 out of 900 to pass.

On passing the official BCS exam, learners receive a BCS certificate and digital badge. The BCS International Diploma is awarded after passing all four module exams and the oral examination. The GCSE Maths course prepares learners for the GCSE exam, which is taken separately as a private candidate at an approved exam centre; the GCSE qualification is awarded by the exam board.

All you need to complete our e-learning courses is a computer, tablet or smartphone and an internet connection.
