Six weeks on the part of design work that decides whether anything gets built: the case you make for it. The course covers what data to gather, how to read it honestly, and how to connect a design decision to a business outcome someone above you cares about.
Longer than the four-week courses because the analysis work needs time. Mentor-led with weekly peer group sessions.
