Life-saving first aid skills in a single day

This one-day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course teaches the essential skills to help a casualty in an emergency, from CPR and choking to serious bleeding, until the emergency services arrive. It is designed for lower-risk workplaces and smaller teams.

The course is delivered in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire by Safeteam Training Group, a CITB Approved Training Organisation with its head office in Raunds, Northamptonshire, and is certificated through NUCO or Highfield.

Who Is the Emergency First Aid at Work Course For?

EFAW is for people appointed as emergency first aiders where a first aid needs assessment shows a lower level of risk. Where the risk is higher, for example on most construction sites, the full three-day First Aid at Work course is usually more appropriate.
