Become a fully qualified workplace first aider
This three-day First Aid at Work (FAW) course is the full workplace first aid qualification. It gives you the knowledge and practical skills to deal with a wide range of injuries and illnesses until professional help arrives, and it is the level of training usually needed where a first aid needs assessment identifies higher risks, such as on many construction sites.
The course is delivered in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire by Safeteam Training Group, a CITB Approved Training Organisation with its head office in Raunds, Northamptonshire, and is certificated through NUCO or Highfield.
Who Is the First Aid at Work Course For?
FAW is for anyone appointed as a first aider at work, particularly where a first aid needs assessment shows a higher level of risk, larger numbers of staff, or a remote site. If your first aid needs assessment calls for a lower level of cover, the one-day Emergency First Aid at Work course may be enough.
