IOSH Managing Safely in Bebington, Merseyside (Classroom)

IOSH Managing Safely is the three-day certificate for managers and supervisors in any industry who have responsibility for a team or a work area. It is the qualification employers usually mean by "IOSH trained".

This course is delivered in a classroom in Bebington, Merseyside.

What it covers

Seven modules: introducing managing safely, assessing risks, controlling risks, understanding responsibilities, understanding hazards, investigating incidents, and measuring performance. The emphasis is on practical application rather than technical jargon.

Assessment

A written assessment covering the syllabus, plus a practical risk assessment project applied to your own workplace. Come with a real work area in mind and the project is straightforward.

Certification

The certificate has no formal expiry date, but IOSH recommends refreshing every three years and most client PQQs are written to that expectation.

For short courses a completion certificate is available at the end of the course. You can screenshot this or print it out to confirm completion of the training.

For accredited courses a certificate will be sent directly to you from the appropriate awarding body.

All you need to complete our e-learning courses is a computer, tablet or smartphone and an internet connection.
