The Project Is the Point

The course is built around project-based learning, meaning you work on a real process problem in your own organisation as you go. That is a genuine advantage over lecture-based alternatives — you finish with a completed project rather than only an exam pass — but it does mean you need a suitable process to work on and enough access to make changes to it. Worth confirming before you enrol.

The provider offers one-to-one project coaching from a Master Black Belt as a separate paid add-on for those who want it.

Certification

Successful completion earns a GLSS Green Belt certification carrying PDUs through the provider's PMI Authorized Training Partner membership. Lean Six Sigma certification is not a regulated qualification and sits outside the Ofqual framework, so confirm what your employer or professional body recognises. Certification requires renewal every two years.
