This one-day course empowers individuals to become visible, confident and proactive champions for mental health in the workplace. Unlike Mental Health First Aiders, who focus on crisis response, Mental Health Advocates help shape everyday culture by promoting well-being and reducing stigma.

Our Mental Health Advocate course is designed to complement Mental Health First Aid provision and encourage early intervention. Delegates will learn how to start supportive conversations, signpost colleagues to appropriate help and lead initiatives that create a positive, mentally healthy work environment.

This course is ideal for anyone passionate about workplace well-being, including managers, team leaders and HR professionals. Upon completion, delegates will be equipped to raise awareness, encourage peer support and act as a positive influence within their organisation.
