NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety in Coalville, Leicestershire (Classroom)

The NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety is for those with fire safety responsibilities in the workplace, including anyone carrying out or reviewing fire risk assessments.

What it covers

Fire safety legislation and the duties of the responsible person, the principles of fire and explosion, causes and prevention of fire, fire protection in buildings, means of escape, and fire risk assessment methodology.

Who it is for

Managers, supervisors, facilities and health and safety staff with fire safety duties, and those preparing to take on fire risk assessment responsibilities. There are no formal entry requirements, though existing health and safety knowledge is helpful.

Certification

Assessment is by written examination and a practical fire risk assessment. The qualification has no expiry date.

After completing the course, learners can order their certificate directly from the provider.

To join online courses, delegates have to log in via a link provided through a computer or laptop with a camera, screen, microphone and access to the internet.
