The NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety is one of the most widely held health and safety qualifications in the UK and is recognised by employers internationally. Managers, supervisors and anyone with health and safety responsibilities as part of their role. It is also a common starting point for those moving into a dedicated health and safety career. No previous qualification is required to enrol.

Qualification Structure

The qualification is set by NEBOSH and assessed in two units:

• NG1 — Management of health and safety, assessed by an open book examination
• NG2 — Risk assessment, a practical assessment carried out in the delegate's own workplace and submitted for marking

Successful delegates receive the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

For accredited courses a certificate will be sent directly to you from the appropriate awarding body.
