This NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act 1991) Novice course is the essential qualification for operatives who carry out or supervise street works. The 5-day programme covers the legal requirements, safety procedures, and practical skills needed to work safely and compliantly in the public highway.
Who Should Attend?
New operatives and supervisors who need to work in or near the public highway, including utilities workers, civils contractors, and local authority operatives with no prior NRSWA qualification.
