Designed for lower-risk workplaces, the Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course in Shropshire packs essential first aid into a single day. Delegates practise the priorities of emergency care — checking for danger and response, opening an airway, giving CPR, and dealing with bleeding, choking and unconsciousness. The qualification gives nominated first aiders the confidence to step in quickly and supports compliance with HSE first aid requirements.
