First Aid at Work Courses in County Durham

The 3-day First Aid at Work (FAW) course in County Durham equips designated first aiders with the full set of workplace life-saving skills. Delivered in a classroom setting with extensive hands-on practice, it covers CPR and AED use, the control of bleeding, the management of fractures, burns and head injuries, and the care of unconscious and seriously ill casualties. Ideal for construction, industrial and other higher-risk environments, the course leads to a nationally recognised three-year certificate.

Lower-risk workplace? The 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course may be enough. Already certified and due to renew? See First Aid at Work Re-qualification (FAWR), or train a whole team with on-site FAW for groups. Browse all first aid courses.
