NVQ qualifications in Construction using Off-site Manufactured Assemblies recognise operatives installing components manufactured away from site – a growing share of UK construction. Pathways cover modular and portable building installation, and the erection of precast concrete flooring, including preparing bearings, positioning units and verifying the finished installation against drawings. The qualification leads to a blue CSCS Skilled Worker card and is assessed in the workplace with no exam.
